    The best family-friendly hotel I've stayed in before. The staff was especially helpful, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out. I loved the room, the bed was incredibly large. All the services were very good! They offered ironing at no cost too. The venue was in a central location near the centre of melaka town and starbucks / cafe.

    The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the hotel was popular and clean. The stuff was respectful and excellant, everything was very good. I appreciated a twin room with twin beds. The food was outstanding for breakfast. The location turned out to be excellent, close to an abounded mall and another restaurant and Jonker Street and Hatten shopping area. I had coffee at Jom Coffee Restaurant, located within 5 minutes walk.

    Check-in ran late and required a lobby wait!!! The shower rattled annoyingly during use, disrupting nighttime routines. The hotel sits inside a half-functioning building!!!

    The staff delivered excellent service, with daily follow-ups. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of dishes and home-made jams, though the food was cold on the first day. The view from our room was a highlight, offering an unobstructed scenery, though the distance from local shopping and attractions was a downside.
